Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Commercial Director to drive the planning and execution of our commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of hospitality operations, revenue management, sales, marketing, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be able to analyze business data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize revenue streams.

The Commercial Director will be responsible for driving top-line growth, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards. They will work closely with General Managers, Cluster Directors of Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience: Hospitality/travel industry experience in a senior revenue generating or commercial services role.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to present complex ideas and data to senior-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze business data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative/matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Financial acumen: Ability to manage departmental financial data and make strategic/tactical decisions.
