About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of Ground Transport projects from design to delivery, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with airport regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement business improvements, process enhancements, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver business improvements across Ground Transport operations, including processes, systems, people, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage the delivery of Ground Transport and other BU projects from design to delivery, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
- Ensure consistent delivery of Operational Readiness and Transition (ORAT) activities for Ground Transport projects.
- Manage the operational readiness interface of Ground Transport and other BU projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement stakeholder management and communications strategies for relevant Ground Transport projects.
- Ensure that the development and implementation of construction projects, process, and operational improvement initiatives are supported by appropriate policy and procedures.
- Good knowledge and experience within an airport operations or customer/operations delivery.
- Frontline experience recommended in supporting the development of the right solutions and operating models.
- Stakeholder management skills - internal and external.
- Experience in designing functional work areas.
- A background in working on large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Project coordination experience.
- Past experience in coordinator/advisor type roles.
