Learning and Development Specialist Airport Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our Learning and Capability team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive learning and performance initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Learning and Development Administration: Ensure training compliance and integrate relevant Operations safety & performance standards.
- Reporting and Planning: Plan, prepare, and review internal training plans for new team member induction and recurrence activities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate F2F and/or online learning programs to enhance learning and knowledge retention for a broad range of learners with different needs.
- Workplace Safety: Conducts all work in a safe and sustainable manner.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our people. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will work closely with our Learning and Capability team to design and deliver learning initiatives that meet the needs of our business.
Requirements:- Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrable relevant work experience within the Aviation sector relating to learning, compliance and auditing principles.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and previous application of relevant regulatory and statutory obligations relating to aviation, safety and security.
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment) preferred.
