Key Responsibilities:

You will lead cross-functional teams to craft intuitive experiences that drive user engagement and business growth across web app and corporate website.

Design and optimise key customer experiences: Amplify product squads by creating and optimising customer pathways through our product, from first touch on marketing site to conversion and re-engagement.

Work with key performance indicators in mind, translating requirements into user flow, wireframes, and polished UI designs.

Partner cross-functionally to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch features driving acquisition and product adoption.

Champion data-driven design by analysing quantitative product and marketing funnel data to identify friction points and iterate on designs to improve growth metrics.

Prototype and execute using Figma, ensuring consistency with our design system and brand.

Owning end-to-end growth initiatives, leading design process for projects spanning marketing and product surfaces - from ideation through launch.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years in product design with IC-level experience or equivalent
  2. Strong UX thinking and problem-solving
  3. Proven ability to use design to improve growth metrics
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. User-first approach
