Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across various platforms.
  • Drive market expansion and identify new revenue opportunities globally.
  • Design customer segmentation and acquisition strategies for institutional and retail segments.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Oversee competitive analysis and market research initiatives.
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Lead M&A opportunities supporting growth objectives.
  • Represent the company in industry and regulatory forums.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure cross-platform operational alignment and efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor growth KPIs across all business units.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Financial Performance
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across all business lines.
  • Manage growth investment budgets and resource allocation.
  • Report growth performance to executive leadership and the board.

Requirements:

  • Executive Leadership Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in senior roles with 5+ years at C-suite/VP level, driving revenue of $50M+ annually across multiple platforms.
  • Financial Services Expertise: Background in fintech, digital assets, or financial services with experience in payment processing, custody, and compliance.
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development: Success in developing growth strategies, managing M&A, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Commercial Excellence: Experience in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategies, and revenue optimization in complex environments.
  • Global Market Expansion: Proven record in international business development and scaling operations globally.
  • Operational Leadership: Managing cross-functional teams, digital initiatives, and P&L accountability.
  • Regulatory & Stakeholder Management: Navigating regulatory landscapes and engaging with industry bodies.
