We are seeking a Chief Growth Strategist to drive the development of our new 5-year growth strategy. This role will be responsible for leading business planning, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to enable tracking and measuring, and reporting of our growth strategy.

The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to conduct analysis, reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation, as well as engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-year growth strategy, leveraging research, insights, and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Design and maintain an organisation-wide strategic roadmap to support execution and high-level outcomes.
  3. Conduct strategic research, identify key issues, develop hypotheses, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
  4. Develop KPIs and metrics aligned with strategic goals to track progress and drive accountability.
  5. Support the development of a strategic initiative roadmap, including input into prioritisation criteria.
  6. Provide strategic analysis, facilitate workshops, and prepare presentations and papers for senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related field; MBA highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning or management consulting.
  • Strong grasp of strategic frameworks, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Skilled facilitator with the ability to unite diverse perspectives.
  • High-level communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Discreet, outcomes-focused, and committed to delivering quality results.
