Job Description:

This role involves designing end-to-end experiences, from discovery and journey mapping to high-fidelity UI, motion, and prototypes. You will own the UX, defining flows, interactions, and information architecture that solve real user problems and drive business results.

You will be responsible for creating pixel-perfect screens, refining typography, colour, grids, and component behaviour until it sings. Additionally, you will validate and iterate using research, data, and quick prototypes to test ideas before implementation.

This role also involves building and evolving design systems that are consistent but flexible for product and ecosystem growth. You will collaborate with product managers and strategists to align design decisions with market positioning, business goals, and user needs, creating clear rationales for validation with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in UX design, including journey mapping, defining flows, running workshops, user testing, and applying research insights.
  • UI mastery, including grids, type, visual hierarchy, motion, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience building and scaling component libraries and design systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and business.
  • Commercial thinking, weighing design decisions against market realities and business outcomes.
