Capacity Building and Development Professional

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with Landcare member groups and Regional and Local Landcare Coordinators to enhance their capacity to deliver on strategic targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing Local Priority Plans, ensuring day-to-day Coordinator activities align with Program Outcomes, flagging issues with Host Organisations, and collating information from regions to identify strengths and weaknesses.
This is a 0.8 FTE part-time position offering a flexible working environment, and the ability to work remotely within NSW. The fixed days and hours are negotiable at the start of the employment contract.
We are seeking an individual with tertiary qualifications in business management and/or proven experience in leading/ managing a small commercial or NFP organisation, with responsibility for governance, financial management, operations, and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviewing and assessing Local Priority Plans
- Ensuring day-to-day Coordinator activities align with Program Outcomes
- Flagging issues with Host Organisations
- Collating information from regions to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Tertiary qualifications in business management and/or
- Proven experience in leading/ managing a small commercial or NFP organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Business development and/or fundraising experience considered an asset
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience and location within NSW.
