About You

We are seeking an experienced Capacity Building and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in business management and/or proven experience in leading/ managing a small commercial or NFP organisation. Key skills include excellent interpersonal and relationship management, business development, and fundraising experience. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Capacity Building and Development Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and assessing Local Priority Plans, ensuring day-to-day Coordinator activities align with Program Outcomes, and flagging issues with Host Organisations in a timely manner. This role also involves collating information from regions, identifying weaknesses, and working with stakeholders to design member services that mitigate these weaknesses.
