Senior Support Officer Job

About the role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Officer to join our team and assist the technical team to update and close remote and onsite helpdesk tickets.
  • You will utilise strong Microsoft skills to complete project work as set by the Project Coordinator.

Key Requirements:

  • This is more than an average Senior Support Officer, you must bring a tech-savvy flair and IT interest.
  • Previous experience working for another Managed Service Provider (MSP) is required.
  • A Level 2 technical support role is necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • You will resolve technical issues and align with security frameworks.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and staff.
  • Perform other ad-hoc technical tasks.
