Job Title: Program Lead Indigenous Access

About the Role:

We are seeking an inspirational leader to oversee our team in building stronger connections and healthier communities that honour the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in Health, Social Sciences, or a related field and demonstrated experience in program leadership, especially within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contexts.

They will also possess cultural knowledge and the ability to communicate sensitively with First Nations peoples, as well as experience managing stakeholder partnerships, team performance, and service delivery outcomes.

  • Lead and mentor staff across Indigenous Access programs
  • Oversee implementation of Aged Care Sector Development workplan
  • Strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, community members, and Elders
  • Contribute to culturally safe services

This role is for you if you:

  • Have experience in program delivery, policy implementation, or service reform in Indigenous health or community services
