Indigenous Business Leadership Position

The Dilin Duwa Centre for Indigenous Business Leadership seeks an experienced and strategic leader to drive its operational and financial management. As the Associate Director, you will play a key role in representing the Centre across the Indigenous business ecosystem and helping deliver its ambitious ten-year strategy.
As a senior leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Centre's operations, governance, and compliance.
- Driving financial sustainability, budget planning, and revenue-raising initiatives.
- Mentoring and developing a professional team that supports academics and researchers.
- Building strong relationships with Indigenous businesses, communities, philanthropists, and government stakeholders.
- Representing the Centre publicly, strengthening its reputation across national and international networks.
