Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
\We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate occupational rehabilitation specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in helping individuals return to work and achieve their goals.
\About the Role:
\- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness, utilizing your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.\
- Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.\
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests, responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.\
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Requirements:
\- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)\
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field\
- A current Working with Children Check\
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
