- Deliver high-quality rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential.
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Identify future employment or training options for clients by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess professional registration with relevant bodies, tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, and a current Working with Children Check. They will also need to be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
