Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological injuries.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans that enable clients to return to work or achieve optimal independence. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong clinical reasoning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will also need to be passionate about helping people rehabilitate and have a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
About the Role- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that meet individual client needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
- Provide education and training to clients, employers, and other stakeholders on occupational health and safety best practices.

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (e.g., AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA, ESSA).
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
