Our team of highly skilled professionals includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists. They work together to provide comprehensive care and support clients in achieving their goals.

Job Description

This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, along with the support of a strong team of healthcare professionals and the backing of a global corporate infrastructure.

  • Case management: manageable caseloads and the support of Rehabilitation Assistants alleviate administrative tasks.
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees.
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals.
  • Exposure to various clients, customers, and personal injury schemes.
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments.
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • An allied health qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counseling.
  • Current Professional Registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills for autonomous and team-based work environments.
  • A desire to problem-solve, innovate, and achieve results.
  • A passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits.
  • Energy and drive to grow our services.
  • A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle.
