Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Profitable Sales Growth: In addition to sales associate responsibilities, you will drive profitable sales growth through segment ownership, ensuring that the store meets its sales goals.
  • Support Management Team: You will support the Management team in creating an environment that is focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive customer experiences and demonstrate company selling behaviours.
  • Retention and Customer Service: You will support the Management team in retention by creating and promoting a safe, positive work environment, effectively assisting in resolving associate relations issues using the La Senza coaching model and assisting to execute all company initiatives.
  • Customer Connections: You will focus on building new and lasting customer connections, delivering highly satisfying customer experiences through providing expert product knowledge and cultivating relationships with customers.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: You will consistently lead the La Senza selling model with confidence, passion, and expertise for the brand, promoting and displaying teamwork across all zones to ensure the customer's journey is seamless.
  • Customer Relations: You will manage and resolve customer relations issues, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Operational Activities: You will assist the Management team in creating/communicating action plans that optimize results, execute operational activities, and control payroll budget and expenses.
  • Store Operations: You will be responsible for opening/closing procedures such as processing end-of-day paperwork, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation, following standard operating procedures, including damages, transfers, and other compliance-related items.
  • Visual Merchandising: You will ensure compelling visual merchandising and presentation standards are executed and maintained, including identifying and executing sell-down strategies.
  • Replenishment and Inventory: You will ensure replenishment processes are efficient and the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles, colors, and sizes represented in conjunction with executing the brand guide.
  • Professionalism and Values: You will lead with professionalism and behaviours guided by the company values.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service: Ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service and optimize the Company selling model.
  • Leadership and Communication: Ability to effectively delegate, follow up, and communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Coaching and Development: Ability to coach, develop, and partner with the Management team on performance management.
  • Business Acumen: Business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Management Experience: Previous management or supervisory experience.
