We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our Rights Management team in Melbourne. As part of our global organization, you will be responsible for delivering sales results for our premium rights holders, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

We work with over 250 leading sports rights-owners, including the NFL, Premier League, and UEFA. Our team of experts provides innovative solutions to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver sales results for premium rights holders
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Nurture relationships with C-Level executives at global rights holders and brands
  • Act as a conduit between sponsorship and consultancy, technology, and content teams

Requirements

We are seeking a proven sponsorship sales professional with leadership credentials, entrepreneurialism, and the ability to excel in our business. You will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
