Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic sales plans with the Branch and Sales Manager.
- Prospect new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
- Hunt new sales opportunities within existing business by collaborating with Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
- Manage your portfolio to ensure premium customer service.
- Work closely with branch staff to maintain continuous customer service excellence.
- Proven experience in selling industrial products, with knowledge of gasket, hydraulic, rotary, and mechanical seals.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong pipeline.
- Innovative ideas and strategies in sales planning and forecasting.
- Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within existing customers.
- High energy, passion for collaboration, and a professional outlook.
- Valid and current driver's license.
