We work closely with over 250 leading sports rights holders, including the NFL, Premier League, AFL, CA, UEFA, and F1. Our team of over 600 professionals is spread across offices in London, New York, LA, Paris, Bern, Kansas City, Miami, Cologne, and Melbourne.

Our Rights Management division serves as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. We provide a pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights holders and record impact for brands. Our approach differs from traditional sales agency models, as we offer each client a dedicated team that addresses their sales requirements. This team consists of specialists in Research & Analytics, Creative Services, and Project Management, supporting experienced corporate-facing Sales Leads who execute deals with brands and broadcasters worldwide.

We have successfully led and closed over $1.2 billion in sponsorship rights for some of the world's largest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women's Football, the All Blacks, Mercedes F1, ICC, AC Milan, and Chelsea.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a senior sales leadership professional to join our Rights Management team in Melbourne. Reporting to our Managing Director, Sponsorship, this role will be responsible for leading a world-class sales team that delivers some of the largest deals in sports with the world's most premium rights holders. Key responsibilities include supporting the acquisition of new rights, enhancing the scope across all Two Circles clients, nurturing and developing talent, managing and building trusted relationships with C-Level executives at key global rights holders and brands, and acting as a conduit between sponsorship and consultancy, technology, and content teams.
