Retail Role Overview


Savers Australia is a leading global reuse champion with a mission to champion reuse. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital part in helping us achieve this goal.



Key Responsibilities



  • Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story to ensure excellent service and a meaningful experience
  • Sorting donations and preparing products for the retail floor
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product to ensure it is ready for customers
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture


About You


To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following:



  • Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 3:30pm
  • A team player with a passion for working collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
  • A commitment to celebrating uniqueness and individuality
  • A drive to make a positive impact on the team and community
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
