Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our Workers Compensation team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in front end workers compensation claims management to take on new challenges and responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing strategic advice, and leading projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. They will also have a strong understanding of the workers compensation landscape and the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in the industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice on workers compensation matters.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, including implementing ongoing management agreements and renewing or amending existing policies.
  • Prepare detailed renewal and new business reports for all clients.
  • Support the RTW Coordinator as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University degree or equivalent education.
  • NSW Workers Compensation Return to Work Coordinator Certification (desired).
  • Tier 1 Compliance certification (desired but not essential).
  • At least 1.5 years experience in front end workers compensation claims management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and develop relationships and liaise with clients at all levels.
  • Customer service skills and business acumen.
  • The ability to manage your time and work on a number of projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical skills.
