Salary

Competitive remuneration package offered, including salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 annually.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience.

Job Description

This role will provide human resources advice, support and services to Uniting AgeWell managers and employees.

  • Provide expert advice and professional guidance on staffing and industrial issues.
  • Manage disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Consult and negotiate with unions as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or industrial relations or equivalent industry experience.
  • Extensive experience managing complex situations in relation to dispute resolution, grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Experience negotiating enterprise agreements with unions or other bargaining representatives.
