This role is based in Sydney, Australia. We offer flexible work arrangements with reduced hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in our processes and programs.
- Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain value led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations.
- Lead and present at a large number of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables.
Requirements
- Previous talent acquisition experience.
- A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring.
- Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
