The Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist will join a dynamic team in Sydney on a 12-month contract.

This role is based in Sydney – Warrane, offering the opportunity to engage with diverse teams and contribute to building a better working world.

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates.
  • Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusivity are embedded in processes and programs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates and address inquiries effectively.
  • Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutions, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organizations.
  • Lead presentations at internal and external events, including inductions, careers fairs, and industry roundtables, deploying early identification programs and attraction events.

  • Previous talent acquisition experience.
  • A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high-volume hiring.
  • Confidence in communicating with various stakeholders and presenting to large groups both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complex problem-solving skills, embracing change, and continuous learning.
