Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Early Careers Talent Attraction Specialist. This is a 12-month contract role based in Sydney, where you'll work alongside a passionate team of professionals to engage and recruit early talent for EY's graduate and undergraduate programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, deliver end-to-end early careers talent acquisition, and facilitate exceptional candidate experiences. You'll manage a complex stakeholder portfolio, cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organisations.
As a specialist in this field, you'll have the chance to lead and present at various events, deploy in-house early identification programs, and assist with program development, learning design, and facilitation. You'll be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates
- Deliver end-to-end early careers talent acquisition ensuring DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs
- Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact no matter what the outcome, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
- Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Sydney, cultivating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders
- Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organisations
- Lead and present at a large number of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables. Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with program development, learning design and facilitation
- Previous talent acquisition experience
- A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring
- Confidence communicating to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Complex and creative problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learning
