As a seasoned Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. This dynamic position involves cultivating relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, and industry bodies to attract top talent for our graduate and undergraduate programs.
The RoleYou will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campus recruitment plans to identify high-calibre candidates. Your expertise in early careers talent acquisition will ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are seamlessly integrated into our processes and programs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to source exceptional candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, guaranteeing that our hiring practices promote diversity and inclusion.
- Foster an outstanding candidate experience by promptly addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders within Sydney, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Nurture value-led partnerships with educational institutions, industry bodies, and early career pathway organisations.
- Lead and present at various internal and external events, including inductions, careers fairs, and industry roundtables.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- A passion for early careers talent acquisition or exposure to high-volume hiring.
- Confidence in communicating with diverse stakeholders and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Complex problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learning.
