Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

Attract, engage and recruit top talent for EY's graduate and undergraduate programs. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute effective campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement campus recruitment plans to attract diverse and high-potential candidates.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools and industry bodies to build strong partnerships.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates and effective communication.
- Lead presentations and events to showcase EY's early careers programs and opportunities.
- Previous talent acquisition experience.
- Passion for early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high-volume hiring.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
