Early Careers Talent Attraction And Acquisition Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in engaging, attracting, recruiting and onboarding early talent. This includes developing and executing campus recruitment strategies that source high-calibre candidates.
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of professionals to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in our processes and programs. They will also facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact, address inquiries and provide timely updates.
This role requires the ability to manage a complex stakeholder portfolio, cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools and industry bodies.
Key responsibilities include deploying our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with program development, learning design and facilitation.
The ideal candidate will possess previous talent acquisition experience, along with a passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high-volume hiring.
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, as well as complex and creative problem-solving skills, embracing change and continuous learning.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and present at internal and external events such as inductions, careers fairs and industry roundtables.
