Early Careers Talent Attraction And Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled talent attraction and acquisition professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, sourcing high-calibre candidates, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Campus Recruitment Strategies: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source top talent from various universities and educational institutions.
- Talent Acquisition: Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring diversity and inclusion in processes and programs.
- Candidate Experience: Facilitate exceptional candidate experiences, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Manage complex stakeholder relationships within the organization, cultivating strong connections with internal stakeholders.
- External Partnerships: Maintain value-led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organizations.
- Event Management: Lead and present at large-scale internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, and industry roundtables.
- A minimum of previous talent acquisition experience.
- Passion for Early Careers Talent Acquisition: A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition, or experience with high-volume hiring.
- Communication Skills: Confidence in communicating with various internal and external stakeholders, and presenting to large groups both in person and virtually.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
