Strategic Account Development Leader

As a vital member of our sales team, you will forge strong partnerships with key healthcare clients. You'll work closely with executive-level leaders to craft tailored solutions and support Sales Representatives in achieving exceptional results.

  • Bld long-term relationships with C-suite executives, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and deliver account plans to meet sales targets, focusing on growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and mentor Sales Representatives on strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead business reviews, meetings, and presentations to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on pathology products and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and customer activity using CRM tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field, demonstrating academic achievement and discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales, including 3 years in a similar role, showcasing leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Strong healthcare or diagnostics experience is preferred, highlighting your ability to navigate complex industries.
  • Proven success working with executive-level clients, developing trust and rapport.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
