We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Sydney team – a personable, motivated and dynamic professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and being at the heart of a thriving business community.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll focus on driving new sales for our premium serviced office spaces in Sydney, while also representing TEC's full suite of flexible workspace solutions.
You'll be instrumental in expanding our Member community, managing client relationships, and showcasing our best-in-class product offering.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role offering variety, responsibility, and strong growth opportunities within a global organisation.
Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Sydney team – a personable, motivated and dynamic professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and being at the heart of a thriving business community.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Convert warm inbound and self-sourced enquiries into new Members, maximising commercial value
Proactively follow up leads and enquiries across all TEC products
Leverage marketing, networking, and outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities
Qualify client needs, prepare tailored proposals, present solutions and negotiate to close deals
Build strong connections with real estate agents, industry bodies and partners to drive referrals
Prepare agreements and coordinate Member onboarding with internal teams
Account Management
Provide proactive and attentive account management to drive Member satisfaction, retention, and referrals
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within the existing Member base
Act as a key point of contact for Member queries, upgrades or service requests
Partner with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and an exceptional Member experience
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and report on activity and conversion performance
Support the local sales strategy and assist with campaigns and promotional activities
Report directly to the Head of Business Development – Sydney
About You
We're looking for someone with energy, drive and the right mindset to thrive in a commercial sales role.
Experience in sales, commercial property or account management is advantageous, but not essential – your personality and ambition are what count.
