The Role

This full-time position reports to the Sales Director and requires the ability to work autonomously from home, with occasional team workshops in Melbourne CBD. Key responsibilities include:


• Generate and optimise leads, converting warm leads into sales

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, focusing on business growth and target acquisitions

• Develop and maintain customer relationships

• Analyse sales data and customer feedback

• Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback

Requirements


• Prior Sales or Tele Sales experience

• Ability to work independently from home, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to build rapport and have a confident manner

• Must be based in Victoria to attend team workshops
