About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to join our team at Oracle NetSuite. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of early career SDRs by developing an inbound and outbound prospecting strategy within an assigned territory or vertical.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region
  • Provide daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions
  • Create product, sales, and business function training programs
  • Coordinate marketing activities with Marketing organizations
  • Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff
  • Participate in the recruiting process and provide hiring recommendations to senior management
  • Manage budget and provide support to marketing and sales programs

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
