The Business Banking Contact Centre plays a pivotal role in supporting the financial needs of business customers, enabling them to propel their business forward. Our team provides invaluable support to Relationship Managers as the first point of contact for our business and private banking clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business and Private Banking (BPB) team, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support over the phone to assist clients with their Business Banking and merchant facilities.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous customer service experience and exceptional customer service skills are essential
- Finance experience or an interest in banking is highly desirable
- A resilient nature and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial
