Are you an experienced customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional support? We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at a busy trade centre in Sydney.
About the RoleThis is a temp-perm opportunity working day shifts Monday to Friday. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing top-notch service and assistance with product inquiries, sales, and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with enquiries and purchases
- Provide product information and advice
- Handle sales transactions and process payments
- Assist with stock management and replenishment
- Picking and packing goods for dispatch
- General warehousing duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (wholesale / retail)
- A customer-first attitude
- Forklift license (highly desirable)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
