Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly technical group of individuals who provide high-level support for sell-side and buy-side clients. You will work closely with Enterprise Sales and Product to influence client usage patterns, ensure accurate responses to inquiries, and develop deep product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to clients using our AIM Buy-side OMS products
- Build and maintain credible relationships with clients
- Develop detailed knowledge of our order management systems and technology solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years experience in a Financial Services or Financial Technology organization
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting or using order management or electronic trading systems
- Knowledge of buy-side markets and an understanding of the full trade life cycle
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ambition to take ownership and become a proactive collaborator
