Customer Support Specialist Role
The customer support team provides exceptional assistance to clients using analytics products. As a specialist, you will be part of the first line of defense and offense for our clients.
You will work alongside sales and product teams to influence client usage patterns, ensure accurate responses to inquiries, gather feedback, mentor, and educate new employees, and develop them into future specialists with deep product knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support to clients using analytics products
- Develop expertise in three core areas: Client Service, Product Knowledge, and Business Impact
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Financial Services or Technology organization
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting or using analytics systems
- Knowledge of buy-side markets and understanding of trade life cycle
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate well at all stakeholder levels
