The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Planning Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team, providing short, mid and long term financial planning, analysis, and insights that support effective decision-making across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group Financial Planning and Analysis team, providing strategic financial guidance to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement group financial planning and analysis services to support the achievement of LWB's Strategy.
- Leverage technology to establish data and reporting systems that drive transparency and ownership of financials.
- Provide business leaders with timely financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary level qualifications in business, commerce, management or relevant field.
- Qualified and registered Chartered or Certified Practising Accountant.
- Extensive experience in managing the FP&A function in a large and complex organisation.
- Experience with best practice Enterprise Performance Management tools, including requirements definition and implementation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build a shared understanding of, and commitment to the organisation's Purpose and Values.
- Ability to drive organisation-wide initiatives and strong organisational, planning and prioritising ability.
