About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced executive leader to join our team as Strategic Leader in NDIS and Community Services. This is a legacy executive position that will oversee a diverse portfolio made up of various service lines, including Support Coordination, Daily Living, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, Allied Health, Aged Care Community Supports, and Day Centres.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of clinical care services within best practice clinical governance.
  • Anticipate requirements for the future and actively work to improve team outcomes, adding value to our community.
  • E nsure a staff focus on quality, client-centred approaches, and resident satisfaction.
  • Contribute to and support the implementation of the organisation's strategic vision and plan.
  • Ensure effective incident management systems are linked to risk management continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for an established executive leader within the Human Services sector with a demonstrated history of leading geographically dispersed teams driving exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience at a senior level across Community and Home Care and/or disability services.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams.
  • Experience in funding negotiation and contract management.
  • Ability to think strategically and be a change agent.
  • Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.
