Process Standards Manager Role

We are seeking a Process Standards Manager to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing process modelling standards, methodologies, and governance models to improve business processes.

The Process Standards Manager will work closely with the team to set up, deploy, and operate the BPM toolset and company-wide process repository. They will also be accountable for arranging and performing regular audits to assess process compliance, maturity, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, maintain, and enforce process modeling standards and guidelines.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end process redesign methodology and associated playbooks.
  • Manage the enterprise-wide rollout, configuration, and ongoing administration of the BPM platform.
  • Migrate legacy process content to a centralized process repository.
  • Define and implement process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks.
  • Lead training, onboarding, and enablement initiatives for BPM adoption and process excellence.
  • Maintain a secure, structured, and accessible enterprise-wide process repository.
  • Define and implement a quality audit program for assessing process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality.
