**About the Role**

The Business Process Excellence Lead will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across our company to enhance our operational effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This person will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement new processes, and measure the impact of these changes.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a process improvement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyse process performance data to measure the impact of process improvements and identify further areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver training to ensure that employees understand and can implement new processes effectively
- Ensure that all process improvement initiatives are aligned with best practices and comply with relevant regulatory requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated success in delivering process improvement solutions
- Proven effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience working in Government.
- Previous experience in a Senior Continuous Improvement specialist role
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- HR project experience desired
