Process Excellence Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Process Excellence Specialist who is passionate about process improvement, AI, and automation.

This is an exciting role for someone who loves to analyse, design, and deliver solutions from start to end.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with product owners, process owners, and take end-to-end ownership of AI & Automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, and implementation)
  • Independently lead the review of business processes, architecture, design, and plan for intelligent solution delivery
  • Identify and extract requirements using a range of business analysis tools; such as interviews, document, and desktop analysis, workshops, and side-by-side observations
  • Evaluate information and data to determine problems/opportunities/solutions
  • Contribute to estimation of development, and drive and manage performance of code development to ensure target timeframes are achieved
  • Assess risk on any new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
  • Build and present recommendations, findings, and options to Senior Management
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery, modelling activities to quickly assess improvement or automation opportunity
  • Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives end-to-end
  • Background in delivery of automation or technology-enabled business solutions
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
  • Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers
  • Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)
