Expert ServiceNow Consultant Role

Enable businesses to achieve operational excellence by streamlining processes and enhancing technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and improve client business processes in areas such as IT strategy, human-centred services, governance, risk management and customer service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and design effective solutions aligned to business requirements and platform capabilities.
  • Leverage consultancy skills on business process design, configuration and optimisation.
  • Lead projects and a dedicated team, ensuring high quality deliverables, successful implementation and client satisfaction.

With diverse projects, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from early-stage demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, to hosting requirements workshops, helping work on solution designs and test planning, through to deployment and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Design and development of ServiceNow platform capabilities such as workflow automation, custom applications and core platform features.
  • ServiceNow applications within those workflows.
  • Core platform capabilities that can support business requirements – for example flow designer, playbooks, automation and artificial intelligence.
  • ServiceNow platform governance and considerations for scalability.
  • ServiceNow development concepts and application in a client or project environment.
