Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role

The Business Process Improvement Specialist will work with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive business growth and innovation. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze business requirements and ensure that technical outputs comply with the requirements.
  • Capture, manage, and communicate requirements, ensuring traceability and alignment with business needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry within Banking or Financial Services; payments experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
