Administrative Coordinator

About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and Executive Officers at WorkSafe Victoria. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining office processes, and supporting the delivery of corporate obligations and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing confidential administrative support to senior executives.
- Leading administrative office coordination and maintaining office processes.
- Supporting the delivery of corporate obligations and reporting requirements.
- Maintaining administrative templates and processes for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action registers.
About You
You will be an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in supporting senior executives. You will have excellent prioritization skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a demonstrated ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience in preparing presentations, agendas, minutes, and organizing functions or team events.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with senior management levels.
