Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at Novotel Devonport.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcomes and exceptional service to our guests
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions
  • Handle guest complaints in a positive manner, escalating as required
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to assist guests
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities

Requirements:

  • An energetic, team-focused attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work across a 24/7 roster
