Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily sales targets by providing outstanding customer service and promoting our membership offerings.
- Guest Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for existing and prospective members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Enquiry Handling: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Tours and Presentations: Conduct tours of our facilities and present our membership offerings to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- Membership Processing: Process memberships and manage data entry in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
- Cash Handling: Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to manage transactions efficiently.
- Company Values: Demonstrate behaviours that align with our company values, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
