About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client appointments, process claims, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting, and assist clinicians with clinical services as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer service and client satisfaction.
