About Our Disability Support Opportunity
">This is an exciting opportunity to assist in customer support during the upcoming festive period. We have Casual hours available in Launceston for Disability Support Workers, with potential for ongoing hours including Part-time Permanent positions for suitable candidates, along with career growth and progression opportunities.
">We offer training for all new starters to ensure everyone feels comfortable and well-prepared for the role. Our team provides direct support across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance as well as assisting our customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.

- Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability">
- Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team">
